Scott Williams

Award-winning Consultant Chef

Scott’s career has spanned nearly 20 years and includes some of the best restaurants in the world! From Sous Chef at the Auchrannie Hotel Restaurant 1869 isle of Arran, to the Demonstration Chef onboard the Queen Mary 2; and from Head Pastry Chef at the Osteria Bay Ultra-Lounge Grand Cayman, to the Head Chef at Le Vert Hotel Chamonix. Scott won the CJUK’s Chef of the Year Award and became the Executive Chef and Ambassador for the UK in 2016.
